I absolutely love it. I’ve never tried highlights before and decided to take a chance. It certainly didn’t disappoint. It’s soft; true to length and color and it blended really well with my hair. Definately recommend!

See my update!! Shame there’s loose bits of hair in the extensions. The colour is spot on and they feel silky although to thicken them up I will wash them before first wear as this usually puffs them out abit when they are on the thin side. Update!! You need to wash these extensions they really increase in volume see my photos included! They obviously need to be straightened but they are extremely thick and fluffy now so ladies and gents wash these before first wear! They aren’t thin it’s the coating on the hair that makes it look that way. Last pic is the 7 piece set straightened after the first wash.

Please read how professionally and quickly they resolved the problem. #1 A prompt reply to the inconvenience of receiving the damaged product. I'm starting to believe that this error could have possibly been on Amazon's end. Amazon could have received the return of this used product and put it in the wrong bin, not used returns, therefore being put back into stock and finding its way to me. #2 HotBananna went above and beyond my expectations to resolve this unfortunate matter. The company reached out to me immediately and wanted to resolve the issue. #3 They apologized to me numerous times and asked if I would like a new set of extensions to try for my inconvenience. They asked for my address, sent me notifications when they would be shipping them, and to watch for the package. They paid for the extension replacement and shipping costs. I was informed of the shipping tracking number so I could keep track of the package. The color is point-on, and the quality of the hair is fabulous, with no shedding, or tangling, and thick from the roots to the ends.
