Can this usb c charge macbook air and ipad pro 12.9 at the same time?

The USB C only outputs 15W. You can charge, but it will be slow. If I'm using my MacBook while charging, the 15W can't keep up with the power demand and the battery falls slowly.

It does not work at all because the plug does not stay in the socket, it falls out on its own weight, even before you plug anything into it. DO NOT GET IT, it is useless.
