They are indeed chocolate scented - although it's a very subtle fragrance that is not noticeable unless you have them right up against your nose.

Ordered this pack for my 7 year old to use in December, pencils are amazing quality when sharpened with pleasant smell boosting Christmas spirit and learning. Each pencil has an eraser at the back, super handy to correct mistakes. Daughter loves the Candy cane design. Good value for money as single pencil in most high street shops cost the same price for 4 in this pack.
