Pros Size large 5'11" 180 fit fine plenty of room , still hit waist high enough to not bunch up while riding.Cons 1, Pocket button snap left chest broke from the post to anchor right out of the gate. 2. Noticed unusual puckering effect at top of both exterior waist pocket both when buttoned and unbuttoned , Having a solid background manufacturing leather apparel ,I removed the lining to investigate the seams and hemlines . recognized the problem right away every interior seam where they attached the lining had excess thread from the bobbin making anchors along the seem lines to both the lining and exterior shell ,obviously they do not Qv these , this was just 1 terrible waste of 50 $ normally you get what you pay for but this vest was worth 5 $ beware of Shxt not made in the US , photo included of just 1 example.

I gutted mine lol. I needed a cheap vest for my colors until I drop a bit of weight. I took a knife and cut out all of the inside layers before sewing on all of my patches. the material on mine is plenty strong and doesnt have much give at all - which I like. The zipper is very strong and the snaps are holding on really well too. I don't have a single complaint about the quality of the craftsmanship. It really is well built. But in my opinion the front of the vest is over built. There is the outer denim layer, then a pocket, then a pocket made out of denim, then another layer of denim on the inside. Thats a LOT of fabric. It was blocking a lot of wind and felt really bulky. I live in Texas and we can open carry now, So I didn't need all those layers to help conceal a pistol. Thats why I cut all of that stuff out. The inside of my vest isnt as pretty as it was, But its way lighter, flows more air, and much more comfortable. I would like to add zippers to the front pockets though.

I like it! Here's a few pros / cons...Pros - Looks awesome and the price is right.Cons - internal construction is iffy (you can feel extra material under the liner), and the sizing is off.I'm 5'10 / 210 lbs - got a 2XL to fit over my leather jacket or a hoody. Let's just say it's very snug. Over a flannel is perfect...anything thicker and I'm sucking in my gut to make sure the buttons don't pop. I usually wear a L in jackets, so order up 2-3 sizes in this vest if you are wearing it over anything.*also - suggested to soak in vinegar / water prior to wearing. Locks in the color / minimizes fade.

I wear denim vests over my leather jacket in winter, or over a tee or sweatshirt in warmer weather. Needed a new vest for riding club patches, and prefer the denim jacket style. First time I've tried the 'club collar' but I like the look so paid the extra $10 vs the standard 'shirt collar'. Vest is comfortably lined and the pockets are sturdy but still seems cool enough for summer. Don't need the CCW features, but like the big secure inside draw pocket. I'm 5'9" and 190# - ordered both an XL and an XXL just in case. The XL fits nicely over my leather and it's really comfortable alone too. Returned the XXL. Big patch fits nicely on the back, no seams in the way, stitched right thru the lining. Will need to work around pockets for front patches, but worth the effort.

Washed it in cold water and hung dried. It shrunk. I ordered a size bigger and now I have a tube top vest. I love the extra pockets but it such a tight fit. I’m a 6’0” 240lbs man. Not fat but not fit (Dad body). I was disappointed in this and I can’t send it back since it was washed. Just gonna tear off the arms off my jean jacket.

This vest is great worth the money good quality perfect vest for winter don’t waste your money on a 300 $ vest when you can get this I love it Nice club style denim vest I should buy another one that’s how happy I am with it

Let me start by saying, this thing is HEAVY. In a good way. It feels like it will last me decades. I go to a lot of metal shows and wanted a vest to affix some patches to. The black looks great as a backdrop to all the bands I now represent on one of my favorite articles of clothing. There are plenty of pockets, and I'm always able to fit anything that might be needed for a night out, plus my handy planner. My only complaint is that its thickness, and the number and placement of pockets, sometimes makes it difficult to sew on patches. This is solved with some very careful sewing, and I'd rather have the pockets than an hour or two saved by easier needlework. $50 is a steal for this fine piece of clothing, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to get their first denim vest.

It fit at size for me which seemed to be complaint for many. Not so here.The stitching is a bit weak though. I had to redo the stitching in some places. Mostly at the waist in the back.That said I do wear it most days after the fixes.I do still like it a lotThanks

I was expecting to get a denim jacket with the sleeves removed. Was I wrong, this vest is well made, and has mesh lining all through. Fits as the chart showed, I find the fit is the critical part.I would recommend to stay with the chart for a sporty snug fit or size up for a looser fit. I do not like too much flapping in the wind stuff especially on the highway, so my fit was sporty snug.Fit and finish was very good for the price. I have found much cheaper made ones selling for 5 times the price as this one.Good buy

This is one bad a$$ cut. A ton of pockets, nice material and good feel.Being a large man and someone weary off buying clothes online, I hit the jackpot with this one.I'm a solid 3xl in Canada, this is definitely not Canadian or United States sizing.I ordered the 7xl and figured I'd wear a hoodie under it should it be too big.Nope! Perfect 3xl fit with a 7xl tag..Order 2-3 sizes up and you'll be fine.Would buy again.

The only thing I dislike is the sizing chart for this product had to order two sizes up from what I normally would to get one to fit . That being said they are great vests appear to be well made and more pockets than you could ever need. the vest is quite heavy and has a lining should last for years I would have given it five stars if not for the frustrating sizing issues

as most of the reviews state, the color runs like a SOB if it gets wet, and the vinegar and cold water trick WILL RUST THE SNAPS! however, the weight and pocket space are a definite plus, so i believe it balances out (look into a purpose made color locker maybe?) the first one i bought, one of the seams came loose, but was easily sewed back together, also, i believe the size may be incorrect (in relation to the size chart provided) as a 3xl should be 52 inches across the chest, and mine is closer to 48 inches (2xl according to the chart). the second one i purchased had much more room, despite being the same size, so i believe it was a misapplied tag. in short, it is a heavy duty vest that should last a good while.

Very tough material. Fits great, feels great, looks great. I'm going to turn this into a heavy metal battle jacket.

Was a very nice vest....unfortunately it came to small. I normally wear 2x but this was not a good fit and when I went order the 3x it was nearly double the cost so I will not be purchasing another and will send this one back. (SAD FACE)

Vest is very nice. Great feel and look. Hidden gun pouch is a nice touch. Definitely order a size or 2 up though to ensure a clean fit. I plan on wearing this with a sweater so I got an XL instead of my normal large.

Well made, but sizes really small. I wanted a vest I could wear over a sweatshirt, usually wear a large to xlarge ordered an xxl and it is snug over a tee shirt. More incentive to loose some weight I guess...

The denim is good quality ,however it came in flawed there was a RIP in the small inner pocket , didn't feel like returning it so fixed it myself.

No leather in this vest only black denim, my friends will beat me up if I wear this

Fits perfectly - only issue is the shoulders seem to stand up instead of relaxing to the natural curve of shoulder.

This vest is the real deal. Exactly as described and the denim is good quality.

happy with it. does have a bit more bulk then was expecting but overall happy with it.
