I’ve tried lots of different supplements in the hopes of them doing what they say they’ll do. This is one of the only ones I’ve taken that I actually notice a difference. I’ve been taking this for about 3 weeks. I have no idea if it’s helping w my cortisol levels, but I have noticed a subtle difference in my sleep. I take these after I eat dinner and it definitely helps me wind down for the next couple of hours. I also seem to be sleeping through the night without waking up multiple times. I’m hopeful that it’s lowering my cortisol levels.

Great mix of supplements as usual from this brand , in this case the different types of magnesium plus the other ingredients!

Bottle came exactly as pictured in the listing — brand new and sealed in the packaging. Honestly, I was a little disappointed… I was hoping for at least one mysterious scratch, a dent, or a note saying “good luck.” But nope. Seller out here ruining my chances of filing a dramatic complaint. 10/10 would buy again..

These do help my overall sleep. However they aren’t sleeping pills. So you don’t take them and fall asleep. I don’t think I noticed a difference until about the third night taking them. After that I did fall asleep quicker and had a more restful sleep. By the end of the week I really had improved sleep overall.
