This brush is great. Durable and comfortable. Can feel the difference of the quality when using. Nice curved bristles to allow for easy brushing. Gets the knots and helps keep the coat smooth and conditioned. Comfortable in the hand and a perfect size width of the brush. Good value and perfect for our Cavapoo. We use it multiple times a day. Easy to get the hair out and doesn’t hurt. A lot if these types of brushes would hurt my pup this one he doesn’t mind.

Just ordered this for my 15 week old golden doodle. It seems to work great. He gets combed every day and brushed every other day. Photo is right after his home spa day after an our family camping trip.

I never owned a golden doodle before. So, when I decided that was going with that breed, I just purchased pretty much anything that said "it's best for doodles" or had the word 'doodle' on it. Despite how expensive it is in comparison to other slicker brushes (the reason for giving it 4 stars), It does the job and I noticed that it has angled tips which really helps with taking out kinks. I warmed up my pup to grooming with treats and I think he actually looks forward to his daily brush. I gave it 5 stars under the easy to clean category because it is easy. because he hardly sheds and when we get some hair in the brush I clean it out using a metal comb (also recommended for doodles). The video shown is not how I would normally brush him, but I wanted to get some footage using the brush. You can see at the end, he looks at me like.. why did you stop. Therefore, I would recommend!

I’m a professional dog groomer and I’ve been using Chris Christiansen brushes for years ($80 brushes and I have multiple). This is definitely comparable, I bought this for my mom to use on her Pomeranian and I was shocked, it’s amazing for deshedding and detangling! I like that the bristles aren’t too soft so it gets down to the skin easily. I’ll be ordering the larger size for my work. If you’re considering this brush for ANY long hair breed, GET IT! The price is right for the quality (again, I’m comparing this to an $80 brush). Also for my doodle people that are seeing this, if your dog is big or gonna be big, save yourself the time and get the large one and stop complaining about prices please! You paid thousands for an extremely high maintenance mutt and complain about a $30 brush? It’s crazy to me and I hear it everyday. Anyways, GET THE BRUSH AND USE IT EVERYDAY!

I initially bought this brush for my newly adopted rescue dog but now it's my go to brush for my cat. Love it! It works great on my dog and even better on my cat. My 16 year old cat enjoys being brushed and i get a lot of undercoat from her fur. I've used regular pin type brushes but this does a much better job and I her fur feels very soft. It doesn't irritate her skin and it seems like she spends less time grooming herself.

The brush is okay. It works well for the top of the hair but does not reach the skin. Also very stiff I feel like it may hurt it if does. It is durable and good quality if you don’t need all the way to the skin brushed

I wish I’d bought this years ago! We recently got two mini aussidoodles and I found this brush and thought I’d try it out… now I wish I’d bought it years ago because it works so much better than any other brush we’ve used in the past. We have a 14 yr old Shih Tzu and this brush works for all three and you barely have to do anything, the bristles are magic and slide through so easily. When I find a tangle, I just go over the spot a couple of times lightly and the bristles work it right out. You won’t regret this purchase, promise!

This slicker brush works great on my field English Springer spaniel- other brushes couldn’t get the fine hair brushed. I also use this for matting behind the ears.
