I did not get a scoop and the directions only tell how much water per scoop. If I start w/ 1/4 cup, how much should I add or remove to make one scoop?

Hello, One scoop is equivalent to 1/2cup which is also 48g.

It has a nice little kick to it but to even it out use sour cream

What's the shelf life?

Dear Joshua, Fiestly, Thank you for contacting with us. The shelf life of Huel Hot and Savory Instant Meal replacement is 12 months. Have a nice taste.

It's pretty easy. The size of the scoop depends on the weight of the bag. In this case it is 686 grams. Then divide by the number of scoops. In the bag there are 14 scoops in a bag. That means that the scoop size for this bag is 49 grams or about 1.75 oz. Same formula applies to all bags. Bag weight ÷ number of scoops in a bag = weight of 1 scoop.
