No, the Glock 19 is considered a compact. The equivalent laser for your gun is the Crimson Trace LG-639G.

Q: is the grip thicker because of the 4 batteries? also, does anyone know how it fits the G31 gen4 .357 sig?

No. It actually fits my hands better...just reall hard to get one side of the grip pin to align. Grn is BRIGHT!
