This stuff really works. After taking this supplement I've seen a dramatic improvement to the point where I almost don't get any acne whatsoever anymore. I've been taking 1 pill which is half a serving. This comes out to 60 servings or 2 months for only $10 which is a really good deal! I would say try taking 1 pill everyday for 2-3 weeks and if you don't see an improvement then take 2 pills.

Bought for my son, read the label, noticed there's 3 times the amount of niacin for an adult. Threw the bottle out.

Not sure I needed it since there were mo changes from thr problem it was used.

This did not work for my teenage son's acne. As a matter of fact we saw an increase rather than a decrease.
