Arrived in good condition, well-sealed. Capsules are well-filled when held up to the light so no skimping here. 1 capsule is the dosage listed and with 120 capsules, this would last one-third of a year. You usage may be different than mine but it's part of a stack of supplements I'm using for neuropathic pain issues but seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. Price is excellent, great value. OVERALL: I will order again.

I can recommend this item as it is useful because the body cannot make it itself. It has to come via food or, like this, via a supplement. I take it daily if there is no silica in it. Not all people can cope with silica.

Decided to add this to my daily stack of L-Tyrosine and L-Theanine. I have PCOS and ADHD, and suffer from years of anxiety and bad sleep due to the average terrible diet and lifestyle choices someone makes in their 20's (work hard, party harder catches up with you), so have been doing everything in my power to reverse as much damage as possible through holistic methods (low carb plant based diet, supplements, regular exercise). I've made strides in the past few months and found carnitine to work synergistically with tyrosine to keep my mood from crashing after a workout and keeping the brain fatigue and fog at bay for productive work days. It's not meant to work immediately like ALCAR but I found it made me feel way more able to handle the cold from the first day (I'm usually fused to my electric blanket/radiator for 5 months out of the year). I also found I warm up far quicker and am faster to sweat during a workout and again, together with tyrosine, find I can go longer with both cardio and resistance/weights before the lizard brain kicks in. Overall, very happy with this product and can see it being of long term benefit. PS: I also take garlic to offset any TMAO worries that both carnitine and ALCAR can bring about. I decided to go with L-carnitine over ALCAR for its exercise benefits and I use the other aminos as mood boosters.
