You can check on Etsy and also doll part shops on-line. (I have seen doll eyes in both places.)

When you take his eyes out will it look like his eyes are closed?

No, it looks creepy. I didn't know the eyes would come out until my little granddaughter took them out and she asked what had happened to the baby.

What size is the mini doll underwear?

My doll only came with an outfit not a diaper I found underwear for a 7” - 8” doll in an online search.

Can these babies fit preemie clothes?

No it is way too small for anything that would fit a real baby. You'll have to find 8in doll clothes. I found some really cute options on Etsy.
