These are very good, and my second favorite brand of cashews on Amazon. They rate 4 stars on quality, size, and I would buy them again if my favorite by Farm Fresh Nuts were not available. The expiration date is half of what my favorite brand's best by date, and they weren't as crunchy as Farm Fresh Nuts, but still a good product and as described. I need cashews for all of the healthy minerals in them. Delicious as a snack, or added to recipes, cashews are my favorite nut. These dry roasted unsalted cashews are my favorite. Very fresh and crunchy. Also very tasty. Haven’t ever had a bad or stale batch. I order these over and over again.

I've been a tree nut fan for most of my life. In the old days, you could buy a can of cashews, and didn't even feel the need to just take a handful and munch on them and inspect each and every nut. Nowadays, every single container of cashews I've bought, and from EVERY single major retailer, the nuts are of such low quality, the first thing I do is examine every single nut, separate out the ones with mold, stains, perceived rot, etc. from the good ones. Then I put the good ones in a glass container, and the bad ones go out for squirrel food. (some of the nuts are so bad that even the squirrels won't eat them!) Now, I get this brand of nuts from Amazon and I am truly amazed!!! (I had never even considered buying product like this, totally unseen, over the internet - why? Because when I go to the grocer and buy cashews, I have to inspect about 10 bottles to get one that looks like it has more decent nuts than the others) I opened up this bag from Amazon, and several things assaulted me at once. First was the delicious odor that came out of the bag. Second was the SIZE of these cashews! Wow. They are like cashews USED to me... BIG. Third was my inspection of the first handful of nuts and they were ALL "perfect". Finally, fourth, it was the taste! These taste WONDERFUL!!! I am truly impressed.
