I have been taking this for years, and it was recommended to me by a chiropractor for the arthritis I have. I have used myself as a bit of a test case by stopping for a week or two to see what happens, and then taking another brand....arthritic pain comes back. No fishy taste and good for helping to control cholesterol levels.

This is the best quality omega product you can buy. I originally could only get this through my doctor. This product is pricey, but really worth it. Tried cheaper fish oil...NO GOOD. Spend the extra and get quality. You deserve it!

For years, I paid the high price charged for this product because of the guaranteed high quality. The last two orders have been very disappointing. In the second to last order, a few capsules were stuck together and when I pulled them apart one of them broke. The oil spread to the surface of remaining capsules - very unpleasant. In the last order -- which will be my last -- many capsules are stuck together and there is foul-smelling, leaky oil all over the inside of the bottle. I will no longer be purchasing this brand.

I purchased this product originally from my chiropractor. I am taking it currently because I am pregnant and she recommended this product specifically because it is manufactured in a way that preserves the quality of the fish oils and it contains a digestive aid. Both of those attributes equal minimal fish burps, and fish burps are not ideal during pregnancy - or anytime I guess. I absolutly loved the bottle she gave me, and I had absolutly no fish taste issues. However, I decided to order the larger bottle from this distributor and there is something wrong. It's the exact same bottle and product, but the color of the vitamin is slightly different and there is definitely a fishy taste. The only thing I can think of is that the poduct didn't remain cool enough during it's life before reaching me and it effected the quality of the fish oil. Now I have a giant expensive bottle of fish oils that I am still taking in hopes that the Omega's are still in tact, but having a not so lovely fish taste bubbling up for hours after each use. Even so, the fish taste is tolerable whereas some other fish oils were intolerable for me. So the bottom line is, I would recommend this product. I will purchase this product again from my chiropractor, but I will not be ordering online from a source I do not trust because it seriously effected the product.

I was prescribed OmegAvail as a supplement to my bio-identical hormone replacement meds. I originally purchased them from my pharmacy. I found them on Amazon, where the product is cheaper, and I signed up for scheduled delivery every 4 months. Without fail or any effort from me, this supplement arrives at my door like clockwork. I am extremely pleased with the ease of scheduled deliveries and the lesser price. Keep up the good work Amazon!!
