Sure. And the floral foam is big enough to arrange any flowers you like.

Can these be painted in any way? Acrylic, spray paint etc

It CAN be painted, but only with water based paints. Tempra, latex wall paint and any water based acrylics should work. Don't use spray paints, though! The propellants in spray paint, as well as the alcohol or shellac based enamel will melt the foam. Hope that helps!

Suitable for dried flowers?

yes, it is wet and dry floral foam. it can be used for dried flowers. For fresh flowers, you can also add some water to keep flowers' lifespan.
