Sturdier than ones at hospital
Before my husband returned home after surgery, I purchased a commode for him to use in an emergency if he couldn't get to the bathroom right away. The hospital used commodes with these "inverted" hats in the commode and then threw them away (naturally - do not reuse). The nurse generously gave me 3 new inserts to act as a sample so I knew what to order. The ones at the hospital are like a compressed styrofoam and when I received these, they are more a "plastic" and very sturdy. Slightly pricey, but fit exactly the same and I don't mind spending the money if it helps him recover faster. Recommend these, although there are several other companies selling them, too. These are just the first I ordered after reviewing costs and shipping time.

Clean catch for your specimen
These collection cups are like upside down hats. They fit under the toilet seat allowing you to get a clean catch to test for UTI or whatever your need. Reasonably prices and convenient to have on hand. Anyone with history of UTIs should consider these.

Multi use for medical needs
Got kidney stones? It's just one use for these. Catch a specimen for whatever purpose. They are just like what is used in hospitals. I would know after years and years as a nurse.
