How many volts does the generator put out?

The settings allow you to enter up to 20volts. Open circuit, I read a max of 21 volts peak to peak. When connected to a 50 ohm load, the voltage measured drops in half (I assume that the impedance of the Koolertron is 50 ohms, so attaching a 50 ohm load would cut the voltage in half). The difference between the setting and what I measured on my scope could be calibration of either device. I am reading some noise on the signal, so that could also be causing the slight difference. Hope that helps.

Can it generate a 20 Hz sine wave and add 50-60 Hz to it?

Yes,It can generate a 20 Hz sine wave. But what do you meanning of "add 50-60 Hz to it"? If you have any problem can feel free to contact our customer service email"karstonecorp@gmail.com ",we are glad to service our customer.

What's the maximum current it can put out?

the maximum output current is 0.1A
