Scam. Do NOT buy. Does not Work
This product did not work. Not even once. Not one sheet was folded. Removing cover revealed stripped gear (see video). Possibly received a refurbished machine. Terrible. Contacted customer service and got no response. Wrote the company and emailed the company - no response. A complete, I mean complete, waste of money. 0 out of 100.

Ran through 450 paper folds very easily.
Update 6 months later: By the end of the week, it'll be up to about 8k pages. It all depends on how you feed it. U drop it in slanted, it won't fold well. I watch netflix and feed it so sometimes I get off and quality suffers. Obviously one at a time is a pain but the product works. Product works well. If you put the paper in straight, it will fold it perfectly. If the paper goes in crooked it will crinkle sides. Down side is you have to feed the papers one at a time.

This machine began to malfunction within a week of setting it up
Very simple to set up and operate, but the machine begins RUNNING as if paper has been inserted, even when paper has not. I have checked, rechecked and examined the machine for a stray piece of paper that could be causing this, but there is NOTHING. It will sit quietly for hours at a time, then it begins running as if paper has been inserted. Once this begins, it must be unplugged to stop it. Then the machine will sit quietly for maybe a minute, maybe a DAY, but eventually it begins running nonstop again. Paper folders are NOT inexpensive office machines. Its unreasonable to have something malfunction so soon after purchase, and after what can AT MOST be considered VERY LIGHT use. Pick a different model, or fold by hand.

Works great!
I bought this paper folding machine for my office and it works great. It’s a small machine so it is really easy to hide away when not in use. Perfect folds each time! Don’t hold onto the paper when it enters the machine. Just drop it in and you will not have any issues with jamming or crumpling of paper. I think this desktop paper folder is a great, affordable option for small offices.

It’s ok not a perfect fold
I purchased this for some weekly folding of bulletins. It doesn’t OK job. If you don’t put it in just write, it could wrinkle the edges if it feeds in more on one side than the other. I think it would have a higher score if it had somewhat of a guide to fit the paper in so that it folds perfectly. Also, it does leave one side of the fold a little bit shorter than the other if you’re folding it in half so it’s not quite a perfect fold. Some of the bulletins I had to, adjust them to make it fold completely down the middle of 8 1/2 x 11 paper.

Not worth the money
I really wanted this to work despite reading the reviews. I thought surely I could make it work properly. Nope. It is very particular, and I wasted more paper reprinting out what it messed up than having good folds. It will snatch it even a little crooked and crinkle up the sides and its a mess. It's not work the price. I think if maybe the slow was wider it would be better because it wouldn't crinkle up the sides. But with what its doing it makes it harder to get what is needed from it.

Perfectly folds letters
I needed a machine to fold letters for periodic mailings for a non-profit. You do need to be careful that you are feeding paper straight in the top slot. Other than that, the machine works well, spitting out perfectly folded letters with crisp folds. The machine is reasonably priced for how well it works.

Jams and crumples paper easily
Machine it self is heavy and loud when in operation. If paper is slightly askew when placed in the feeder, it will jam and/or the paper will crumple.
