When item was received 2 of the beakers were broken into pieces. Most likely from the delivery service. I contacted the store, and they sent out a replacement right away! Product and customer service is excellent! Definitely recommend this store!

Came well packaged and is completely undamaged. They were well worth the money I had. They were also exactly as they were pictured. They will serve me well for the foreseeable future including the gold refining I shall do soon!

Good overall but the smallest beaker came with a chip on the lip. Otherwise, the quality is good and I suspect this happened during packaging. It was so small that if I didn’t see the sliver of glass I may not have noticed it.
