Nice looking, and works very well. Creases come out quickly (depends on fabric type). Fairly easy to fill with water and load the tank. No leaks to report so far. Took the same space as a size 10 trainer in my luggage when travelling and isn’t too heavy.

Brilliant! Best product ever created but water tank is quite small so only does a couple of adult garments until it needs a refill, also quite heavy to hold for long periods.

The fact that my 20 year old is now steaming his own clothes says it all!! My life is made! So easy to use, and I like the fact it is an upright one because it’s easy to use , the steam doesn’t seem to last long but for that reason it does work well and it’s to bother to fill up easily. Not too heavy even when full and the balance of the machine is ok even when full. Great value for money compared to other as it works really well

The 3 metre long cord is great, the weight isn't too much even when full but there are a couple of things that will put me off buying this brand again. The water reservoir is awkward to fill without a little jug and a jug is not included in the box (fortunately I have one from a previous steamer) The lint remover has the material glued onto it. Guess what - steam and glue are not a good combination and it's already starting to come off. Bad design for that feature.

Absolutely excellent. I had a much more expensive clothes steamer that broke. I was desperate for one that could be delivered the next day as I couldn’t leave the house. It’s much more powerful the one I hade before. I’m buying another one as a gift. It’s really worth the money

This is so easy to use. Quick to warm up and light weight. I needed it for a gala evening. It easily removed all creases in a satin dress as well as suit trousers and jacket. The water tank did my full dress and a second tank did the full suit so perfect tank size.

Decent steam in a short time & works well, taking creases out of our curtains well. only downside was steam didn’t last as long as we’d like.

Buy an iron. I struggle with this for 18 months. It simply does not remove creases. The water reservoir is tiny, so it needs a refill after every 1 item I tried to steam. Factor in the time it takes to try and remove creases and I 'd have ironed 3-4 times as many items with a regular iron. Then, just this week the steamer became 'possessed' as thick, treacle like melted glue began pouring from the steam spouts. All in all a bad purchase from day one. It's now landfill. RIP, crappy steamer.

Great steamer only issue was it came with uk plug so had to buy Australian adapter

I like the fact that the cord is long enough, it steams pretty well but yeah it is heavy if you’re steaming your clothes for more than 5mn you’ll need to switch arm.

Time saving, hassle free appliance. I steamed 2 pieces of clothes that were badly wrinkled and a fabric belt with a deep crease on it (shown on the video below) putting basically zero effort in doing so. It releases a lot of very hot steam per second, hence the good result. Just keep an eye on the water level that needs refill often enough if your clothes are terribly wrinkled. Highly recommended.
