This works great if you purchase 2 of the exact product to make it very sturdy. 1 set just wasn't sturdy enough for me so I bought two and put them together now, I have a great product.

Bought the version for a 5.9 inch diameter exhaust hose. It's just slightly wider than the hose itself, so I had to cut a piece of wood to slide into the deep jamb on my patio. Because of that my one complaint is that since it's around half a foot wide and you can't slide it into the jamb thanks to there being no adapter to make a smaller hole like on the 5.1 inch version, there's a chance someone could push it in and slide themselves inside if they're skinny enough, even if you have the door locked in it's tracks. But I only got it so I could hook my portable AC up in the living room on hot days so I'd take it down when I'm not there anyways

So I got a B&D portable A/C and I love it, except for the fact that the exhaust mount was the cheapest piece of crap I've ever had. The hose broke after the first install and the baffle itself just broke randomly one day for no reason at all while nobody was even touching it. This mount not only went together easier, but it seems more durable and fit the window better overall. Only wish I had bought it initially instead of trying to work with OEM one and raising my blood pressure.

Got this window kit as a replacement. The hose adapter fits perfectly with my existing hose. The hose adapter snaps on into the window plate and is connected firmly so it won't snap off easily. What I like about this window kit is that the hose adapter snaps into the window plates rather than using groves/notches to lock into place which can easily break. Everything came in the box with no missing items.

The 5.9 inch size for this product does not fit 5.9 inch tubes. It almost does, but is a few millimeters off and will not work at all. Entirely a waste of money, and it breaks easily so you will not be able to return it. Genuinely think this is a scam.

I needed some additional foam insulation adhesive strips to complete the seals. Otherwise works well in the sliding door.

We got this to go in our sliding door, so we could put our free standing portable AC there. The weather stripping peeled off, the unit itself had to be gorilla taped into the frame because it didn't stay in place, and there's a small gap where bugs can get in.
