How about the quality? Is it really durable?

It made from a 420D polyester canvas material and the cover works well for your seat.

I have a 2013 sportsman 550 eps and will it fit?

Yes, this ATV seat cover fits your 2013 sportsman 550 eps. I used it well.

Will this fit a arctic 700 mudpro?

it is made oversize, I would take a chance on it for the price. I got one for my 400 Suzuki Eiger, and though it was oversize, it easily adjusted and fit. It is thin, but 100% waterproof so far.
