I have a tried a bunch of different brands and Biohm is the only one that seems to work for me. And works well at that. A must buy

I had this recommended to me by my nutritionist to take alongside the Biohm prebiotic - i love the convenience of being able to order it off amazon and even have the ability to turn on autoship so i never forget to have it handy!

These capsules are on the large side but went down easily. I got no bad side effects and in fact have been more regular. I did notice the presence of a manufactured prebiotic, Xylooligosaccharide (PreticX 95). I wanted to know how much "sugar" I was getting from this, so I chewed up one of the capsules. It's only mildly sweet. The jury is still out for me on the manufactured prebiotics as I prefer natural ones, but I think I'll use this in rotation with my other prebiotics.

Good for constipation and allow you to poop normally, these are also great and have the added benefit of digestive health because of the probiotics and prebiotic I like these alot and would use again as well

A lil overpriced. I purchased the Biohm pre-biotics and probiotic and took it together for about 4 months. Did not really notice any difference in my gastrointestinal issues. So I switched to another product that’s like a third of the price
