Does everything well, consistently and easily. One of the best tools in my toolbox.

I bought this rather inexpensive wire stripper as a second pair to a more expensive pair. I am very pleased with the quality and value of these. They compare favorably to the more expensive pair. The build quality seems good. I've had them for 9 months and use them daily. The main areas where the costlier Mulwark pair beats these in quality is the adjustment capability, the wire stripping ability, and insulation removal. However, these are great time savers, reasonably priced and comfortable to use. I am likely going to buy a second pair so I can have good strippers in all my workspaces.

This little tool has made me an electrician. It is incredible. No matter the gauge of the wire, this piece of engineering genius strips it perfectly. I have installed LED lights, ceiling fans, and in my most adventurous quest, I even fixed a multi wire repair on my wife’s car where a wood rat (we live in the deep woods) chewed through a thick bundle of wires. Thus repair included numerous wires of tiny gauge and this wire stripper handled them without issue. It is not a stretch to say this implement has revolutionized electrical work at my house!

Works great. I just wish the length adjustment would allow a greater length to allow to be stripped.

Seems to be of quality construction. First use was for installing new smoke / CO detectors. Able to cut the old wires and remove 11mm of insulation to use WACO wiring connectors to connect the new alarms. The job went easy with this tool.

Awesome pair of crimper/cutters. They're affordable, but I wouldn't say cheap. They've been very handy and worked well every time.

This wire stripping tool is a handheld non-electric tool it uses tiny springs and a twist knob to adjust how far the wire stripper will pull the wire coating off when using this tool, the handle is made from a hard solid plastic with the outer grips on the handle are a rubberized material, the wire stripping head on this tool is a die cast metal that has a small plastic button that when pushed makes space for larger wire. This tool is 8inches long, has a good length and width the stripping pull apart is about 2 and a half inches wide, the cutting blades on the head of this wire stripper are not replaceable only the small blade on the handle can be replaced that's located by the inside of the handle close by the crimping sections. Easy enough for anyone even with small hands to use and hold securely. Not very comfortable in my hand which I think is a me issue and not the tool. I used this tool to redo my home theater system wires after the older ones stooped producing power, and I used this wire stripper to test out the functions on heavier gage 240v wiring just to see if this tool can be used for multiple applications of wiring more than the thin kind.

Very well made. Makes the job so much easier.
