I tried using the pillow as is for about 6 months after purchase. Too big/tall, not enough give. I took out about 25% of the stuffing, and it was better. Used it like this for about 3 months. Decided to take out another 10-15% of the stuffing and it's pretty much perfect now. I've used the pillow for sleep every night since late 2023 (now mid-2026). I like it a lot. A few notes: 1. I had to buy two pillowcases and two pillow protectors and ask mom to sew them together. Thanks mom! Normal sized pillowcases were just too small and couldn't accommodate the pillow with all of the stuffing inside. 2. Pillow protector + pillowcase renders "cooling side" pretty much useless. This isn't really an issue for me. 3. As stated above, I took out a bunch of stuffing. Wasn't sure where to put it so I threw it into an empty pillow protector. Then I ultimately just threw a case onto that and now I have a small baby pillow to go along with this one. I find it to be useful for lounging about while watching tv so that's a plus. Very hard not to recommend this pillow considering the price I got it at. For me it sits probably somewhere between a very good to great purchase overall and I'm definitely satisfied with it.

This pillow is very comfortable and that’s coming from someone who is very picky about having a good quality pillow. I’ve gone through several different pillows trying to find one I like and the chopped memory foam ones seem to be my favorite. I do wish the cooling aspect of it was better. To me it doesn’t really feel cool to the touch, but I’m a very hot sleeper so that could just be me. Overall it’s a great pillow and I plan on buying a few more in the future.

As someone who sleeps on their side or stomach, this pillow is great because of the customization of filler. Because of my preferred sleep positions, fluffy large pillows don't work for me. With this one you can easily unzip the pillow and take out or add as much filler as you like, as it does come with extra. I didn't need the extra filling, i took out nearly half and made it into the exact pillow i needed. Whats also nice is encasement itself on the outside is very comfy, soft, and has two sides bamboo and cooling. I have no idea whats in the cooling side but it sometimes feels straight up cold when i flip it over! Also great for those of us who sleep hot. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend!

Bought this pill maybe 6 months ago, overall it's a good pillow it's soft and comfortable to lay on. It got flat pretty quickly so I did stuff it with the extra foam that came with the pillow but that's just my personal preference. The only thing that frustrates me about this pillow is it is NOT cold at all at least for me and when it is cool the second before you lay on it that all goes away the second you lay your head to rest. I kept the pillow even though I was a bit upset but personally I would not buy it again.

I got this for my husband who is a finicky side, stomach and back sleeper. He usually uses a very flat pillow but wanted all the stuffing in the pillow, and after trying it out, he was totally right. It comes with the stuffing in one resealable bag and the inner zippered lining inside the outer zippered lining. It also comes with a card explaining how much stuffing you should add for various sleeping habits (50%, 75%..). We both have slept on it with 100% filling and wouldn’t change it; it’s juuust right, but I love the customizability. I’m amazed at how easily the pillow conforms to your weight and how quickly it puffs back up, so you can literally go from one position to the next with minimal disruption and maximum support. Which also means I need to get one for me and several more for other rooms. Tbh I will even get a couple for the couch to stuff inside throw pillow covers, since they’re so supportive and so easy to clean. While I am a lifelong 2-pillow person, 1 is all you need. Would recommend and will be buying extras for gifts.

Let me tell you something friends, I have been searching for the perfect pillow for YEARS. Being a stomach sleeper (bad I know) I have literally gone through probably a dozen different pillows in vain. Everything from really expensive ones with great reviews, to cheap ones from Walmart, and nothing fit. Until I found this beauty. I don't know if it's the memory foam that's cut up into bits, or the type of material used, but this wonderful pillow has enough support that I don't feel like my head is sinking, but it's also soft and maneuverable. The only negative I have is the smell, which is normal for memory foam pillows. I've had my pillow for a few days now and the smell is definitely still noticeable, but I'm confident it will fade. Would absolutely recommend, as soon as my husband tried out my pillow he ordered one for himself. 😄 -Update: Still absolutely love the pillow a couple of months later, the smell was gone by day 5 or 6. I also bought another for my daughter as she was always stealing mine!

Needed a new pillow that didn't give as much as nervous at first but I bought it been using it for months now waited to make the review to make sure I liked it you can add stuffing or take stuffing out and it really does form to your head better I actually really like this pillow it'd be great for a housewarming gift or gift of any kind with someone looking for a pillow great for the price it was too.
