This is a genius product to have around. I am thinking of buying more. They are very inexpensive to and will definitely do something if you use them everyday. People complain about no directions but my gosh use your head! Its super self explanatory! I think it works out the cheek area and the neck/jaw. I use it for ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes at night. I also do a half smile and hold it afterwards and feel a burn for a additional lift. This is a fantastic product! WoW anyone complaining doesnt understand how in time this product will keep their face and neck more lifted. No reason to complain! NO PAIN NO GAIN

Cheap!!!! Returning it right away!!!

I have tried similar products before so I know when I opened the package, this is bad. It‘s not well made, the edge is not soft. If you put it in your mouth and use it, it hurts the inner side of your mouth.

I felt like I should write a review even tho I just got it. People say they can't breathe with it and you are just pushing in and out; while breathing thru your nose. Don't know how it works since I have not used it long enough to know but you do not actually breathe in or out (I tried it and no way!) then saw a video and you just use suction to suck it in and out but not breathing. Only thing is that the spit comes out the end. But I am gonna give this a shot. *Also your spit will collect in it so I suggest using a towel under it (I put it on my lap).

Works well.
