I can’t believe I didn’t know about this earlier! I swim just fine, but sometimes I don’t want to consciously be treading fully. I have some water anxiety too, I dislike tubes because the lack of control. Life jackets are a little bit of overkill for my situation, this is just perfect for a little more mental security. I used it at a spring where the water is deep and so pretty, I want to stay in it forever. I was able to very easily swim as far as I wanted and barely tread to keep afloat. It is easy to adjust on land, i wasn’t able to adjust effectively in the water. The non buoyant part of the belt is sturdy and is secure stitching. Tighten it a little more than u think it rode up once I got in. Sizing is true

This swim flotation belt is excellent! It’s comfortable, adjustable, and provides just the right amount of support for water workouts or swim training. I’ve been using it for laps and water aerobics, and it stays securely in place without slipping or riding up. The belt is lightweight but sturdy, and it helps me focus on my technique without worrying about staying afloat.

I use this belt for ocean fitness not regular swimming. It works perfectly and is a nice smaller size than others. The foam is in 3 pieces so the curve wont eventually fail. It is encased in a removable quick dry fabric. It also has a pocket that easily fits a waterproof phone bag. I put my car keys in it instead of phone but it doesn't make it too bulky.

So much more comfortable than what I had been using. Doesn’t ride up as much during excerise

This works great. Took it to Hawaii and it made checking out all the fish really easy. Held me at 195lbs with no problems.

This is more of a flotation belt than a swimming resistant or exercise belt for the pool. It just floats, not really even absorbing water to provide resistance to build endurance and strength while swimming. If this is what you want it for, don't buy this product. Also for young or small adults, it doesn't stay around waist or stay tight in one place. Slides up from waist to chest area even on tightest setting.
