Not a bad fit. Helps you to sweat where needed if you're trying to slowly get back in shape.

This product has proven to be highly effective. As a Brake Check employee, I have worn it throughout my entire shift, and by the end of the day, I am noticeably perspiring. The long-sleeve version is also excellent. While the sizing is accurate, I opted for an XL, which provides a comfortable fit. Although it tends to ride up slightly, a quick adjustment resolves the issue. After several washes, the garment has retained its elasticity. It offers a high degree of comfort. For optimal hygiene, it is recommended to wash the product daily or, at a minimum, every other day to prevent odor.

I have two of these sweat vests that I purchased three years ago in a size X-Large. I’ve worn a size X-Large always. I ordered two more in size X-Large and they were grossly under sized. I had to returned them both and ended up ordering a 4X-Large to 5X-Large to get the same proper fit as my old size X-Large sweat vest.

Awesome sauna vest. I wear it when I workout and when I’m doing any type of work in the yard. Makes me sweat and it fits great.

You will sweat. Copiously. And that’s the point, isn’t it? I would suggest getting AT LEAST one size above what you normally wear though, especially if you have wide shoulders like I do. Because it is TIGHT. If you want to raise your body temperature, burn some body fat and soak your gym clothes, get one.
