Not so comfy
The quality seems fine. Product as in the picture but to me they are uncomfortable

I have been using these adjustable wrist and ankle weights regularly, mainly for Pilates, yoga, and long walks, and they have been a genuinely effective addition to my routine. The weight is light enough to remain comfortable but noticeable enough to increase muscle engagement, especially during slower, controlled movements. I particularly appreciate how compact they are compared to traditional ankle weights, as they do not feel bulky or restrictive. The silicone exterior feels soft against the skin, does not cause irritation, and remains comfortable even during longer sessions. still using em two years later (or less than two years?), they last long, wish there were heavier ones that good looking (but then again I can just buy 2 more and add slide the detachable weights)
