My cookies always arrive broken can you wrap to protect?

The picture shows they are in boxes ...but in fact they are in plastic wrappers and yes mind have been a broken..One time so bad get replaced them. Biscuits are fragile they need to be packed better, in the box as advertised might hold up better.... It is disappointing when the arrive had bashed up!!!!

What is the expiry time after delivery?

My last order of 6 expiration date was 7/20/20. I have never had any go stale. I have just ordered 6 more. Luv them!

Are these vegan? I hear there was a recent recipe change that eliminated the dairy.

On checking the ingredients on the package it does state after the majority of them, May contain milk and other sources of gluten (rye, barley, oat) On another section it says NON GMO, verified Not being a vegan myself not sure if this is important to you.
