I am a side sleeper and I had surgery on my shoulder so my shoulder and arm will be numb when I wake up. Have tried other pillows but none of them worked.... but this one is PERFECT. I've had it for about two weeks and I could tell on the first night that it helped. My shoulder doesn't hurt nearly as bad in the mornings since I've started using this pillow and my arm isn't numb/tingly either. Getting a second one for my husband... he doesn't have a shoulder issue but he snores like a lumberjack and I'm really hoping this helps (wishful thinking but it's worth a try!!!). Definitely worth the price... super comfy and no weird smell like I read in some of the other reviews. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT :)

This pillow is a solid 10! The cover material is very soft. The pillow keeps you cool. I love that you can take the cover off for washing. If you like pillow soft, medium or firm, you have the ability to remove or add extra memory foam for the comfort level of your choice. I've noticed less tossing and turning and more sound sleep.

Hard .lumpy . Went to take pieces of foam out to see if it would make it softer and conform to my head.NOPE. Instead I got a ha n dful of tiny pieces of foam the size of dust particles on my hands. I feel if one uses this pillow, will we be breathing in all these particles? NOT GOOD FOR OUR LUNGS... I'd never get it into a package to return,so I'm stuck with a useless pillow. I don't even want my dog to use it...check your pillows people. 😒

I sleep very hard so I am keeping this as fair as possible. Initially it did have a slight odor, it did go away though. The overall pillow quality is a great value for the money. It is padded well and has a good amount of filling. This definitely improved my sleep quality and reduce neck pain. The design of the pillow itself is genius. The only critique which is personal is I could flatten it easily over time, and a little more filling would be nice. For people that don't sleep hard, this is probably perfect!

This pillow came & I was so excited. I immediately opened the package so it could fluff up. (It comes vacuum sealed & squished) At first I thought that the extra bag of filling wasn't there & I was bummed, but later found it on the floor...lol The pillow fluffed up & I grabbed the extra bag to add. (I like a firm pillow) I unzipped the cover & a fairly strong scent of lavender hit my nose. Now, I realize that some people love that smell, but I am not one of them. I specifically picked this one because I had seen others that said "Infused with Lavender" and didn't want a scent. That being said, it aired out pretty well and I tried it at 4am when I woke up. I was amazed at how comfortable it was. I'm a side sleeper & shoulder pain is common for me. I'm looking forward to the next few nights to see if it is as comfy as I think it is. I just wish that smell wasn't there.

I was having chronic neck pain and had been using a bamboo pillow, well we went on vacation and I did not take my pillow. After the first nite when I woke up the next morning I had no neck pain, I thought it was a fluke, but the whole time we were gone my neck never hurt. So I told my wife, I think it must be my pillow that is causing my pain. So I started looking for a new pillow, and saw this one and it was such a great price, I thought well if it doesn’t work at least I’m not out a lot of money. I have had it for about 10 days and I am sleeping much better and I love the cooling cover on it because I m always hot. For the price, it is a great pillow.

This pillow is very soft and comfortable. I've been looking for some time for a pillow (& have bought too many) that works with my Bi-pap machine. This one works the best! I had about given up on a pillow and using my machine. This is not really an option as I'm told if I don't use it, I just might not wake up one of these times! I rarely write reviews but this item seems worth it.

After needing to purchase and new pillow I looked up reviews. I took a chance with this pillow. I am so glad I did. Based on the fact that I can adjust the filling easily as well as when ever I want sold me. It arrived supper compressed in a tight roll. I laughed as I thought maybe I had been scammed. After opening it i added to extra fill that was included as i was sure that i would need that, it began to swell up with air. I left it for 24 hrs. shaking it whenever I could, to get it to increase. It did and that's when I read the faded sheet of paper the got ripped when I opened the package. I could have put this in the dryer on medium heat to speed up the fluff process. 😆 10 mins. This pillow is so good I slept for the first time without a crink in my neck. It adjusts to my neck and head as well as being a crescent shaped, body pillow like, to support my arm as a side sleeper. I get numb hands if I don't support my arms. The cooling cover adds just enough temperature control that I'm neither hot nor cold. Bonus! I liked this so much I bought one each for my husband my kids and both my parents for Christmas.

I ordered two of these pillows and love them, so then I ordered one for my mother, she did not receive the same one and now we're waiting from the seller to see about a return. The attached photo is the incorrect pillow. As you can see, it is not correct. I would rate the original pillow a 5, we like how it curves.

I find this pillow very comfortable I had to use all of the extra fill to get the right firmness for me, so nice to have that option to add it.

It's a great pillow. Super comfortable. Great for neck support, as I'm a side sleeper. But it's such an odd shaped pillow, that I couldn't find a pillow protector for it. I use pillow protectors on all my pillows, to make them last longer. And protect the pillows from collecting germs. Especially around the cold/flu seasons. It's been just over a month and it's already worn down some. The outside cover does come off for cleaning, but that acts more like a pillow case vs a protector. Definitely disappointed in that, as I would love to keep this pillow. But I can't see it getting a long life. And repurchasing would get expensive. I really love the shape and feel of the pillow. But it needs a unique pillow protector/cover, and there isn't one available that I've seen.
