Are these cushy or hard?

Unfortunately these are hard. Not cushy as advertised.

Does this pink flip flop come in a 12 womans? I wear a 9 1/2 an ordered a 10 - small, then a 11. Fits but need a little more length to be comfortable

Not sure but I don't think these come in 1/2 sizes--the flip flops run really really small

Is the toe part comfortable will the straps stretch a little

The toe part hurt at first until my toes got used to it. They always do when I start flip flop season. Now they are comfortable to wear. The straps don't stretch. I love mine and would recommend.

Is the oval logo part molded into the sole or is it a separate piece? Does it feel harder than the rest of the sole?

It's molded. Nothing about these flip flops feels hard-- they are really comfortable. I'm still enjoying using mine at the pool and want to get a second pair to use in the house.
