I’ve been using this product consistently for more than 8 years. The way that I know it works for me is that I’ve gone periods without using it, anywhere from a few weeks to a couple months, for various reasons, even trying other-more affordable products, and while not using Physician’s CHOICE Probiotics I have noticed issues of gut irritability, poor digestion, poor gut motility and irregularity. Within a week or two of returning to using Physician’s CHOICE Probiotics those issues resolve and I feel better. If you’re new to using probiotics use a reputable product like Physician’s CHOICE. My primary care physician recommended this brand to me because it’s what she uses and trusts. It’s proven helpful to me because it’s given me meaningful results. Here are some helpful pointers that are critical for everyone: You must give any product like this plenty of time to work in your gut. A gut condition may seem to form quickly sometimes but has likely been developing for a long time. This means it won’t heal and correct quickly. A probiotic doesn’t work quickly in severe cases and takes time to correct some conditions. Be patient. Sometimes a recommended dosage on the bottle is insufficient but consult your physician to determine what dosage is correct for you. You cannot eat junk food, processed foods, or have a poor unhealthy diet that harms your gut and expect any probiotic/prebiotic product to help you in a meaningful way. If you’re going to try this out, or any probiotic, be serious about using it as part of a gut healthy diet first. Good nutrition is necessary to make this are any similar product work. If you follow my recommendations you will likely have good results from this product, as well as potential improvements of better nutritional absorption, better medication absorption, better hydration, better glucose control, better mental health, better energy. Has definately help my wife's diarrhea problems. She has several health issues and takes a lot of medicines. She takes antibiotics fairly often and has had problems with diarrhea for several years. She has been to doctors on several occasions, including PCP and GI doctors trying to find the cause. Most just prescribed more medications. Nothing really worked until she discovered probiotics. This wasn't the first one we tried that worked but after doing the research feel like this one is even better. So far it has worked well. She has been much more regular with no constipation or diarrhea problems at all. For anyone who takes lots of medications and suffers with digestive problems I would definitely recommend.

Wow folks! This product is amazing in what it can do for your digestion. After only 3 days of taking 1 capsule at bedtime, I am able to eat previously forbidden foods with no systemic reaction. Before taking this, I would have terrible pain and bloating right after meals. After starting on these probiotics, I have complete comfort even after eating a salad with lentils, or any other high-fiber or sugary food. What caused my difficulty seems to be connected to taking antibiotic pills for 7 days. After that, everything I put in my mouth caused trouble. Now, I feel well and am not worried about a gut reaction.
