Ich habe den Hobel für den nächsten Tunesien Aufenthalt gekauft da ich immer Sauerkraut und Rotkrautselbst herstelle und die letzten Chargen zu grobstreifig waren. da ich alte Kohlhobel kenne und damit schon 60 L Fässer gefüllt habe bin ich vom Produkt überzeugt: Stabile Ausführung, scharfe Stahlmesser die geschraubt und somit auch nachjustierbar sind . Im Dezember weiß ich mehr.
