5 starts for both PAIN and FITNESS

This is an easy review to write since shades of gray are not involved. The GOOD: it kicks your ass all over the place. I don't care how fit you are, you're going to find a place deep within your tortured soul that says '...ouch!' and you WILL come out the other side feeling a bit invincible as a result of the journey. The BAD: No kidding, you will learn that life is precious and fragile. The Ugly: For me, the ugly was realizing that I wasn't as fit as I thought. (Oh and I did I mention it kicks your ass?) Buy this if you're serious, take a pass if you're a 'casual' fitness aficionado.
