I’ve had about 14 different styles and brands of these lumbar supports and I use them in my desk chair, car and recliner. Why so many? I’m trying to find the thing that makes the pain go away, which as it turns out is a few steroid shots ;) Most of these are insanely overpriced and not very different from the next thing. IMO this is as good or better than any. Many of the pillow styles squish down and defeat the purpose. This holds its shape, is breathable, light weight, inexpensive and as good as anything. Curious to see how long it’ll hold up, but so far it’s just fine.

It's not quite right for support of the L 4-5 fused together lumbar on a 6'1" male but it's closer than those perfect arc 16" high supports that cost 3 times as much and have the same construction. This support is centered about the L1-2 area and has a nice back taper the rest of the way up. The width is a little narrow so it needs to be centered on the back. It would not be good for a 300# individual no matter the height, too narrow. But it is just about the width of the standard office chair in a call center of office cubical. I can't attest to the life but the construction looks OK and the price says buy two. One in home and one in the car you can take into the office. But don't leave it there, it'll disappear. I'd buy it again.

I almost gave up on this back support. I've been struggling with being comfortable on my computer chair. I've had to have my chair a little too high as my computer desk is 29" high and I'm only 5' 1". I recently purchased a desk with a pull-out keyboard to I could adjust my chair to comfortably use my keyboard. After buying a couple of lumbar pillows that push me too far forward on my chair, I decided to try the Lumbar support. I put it back with the wide portion on the bottom and it is quite comfortable now. FYI I bought one of those fancy Ergonomic chairs and it was awful.

I found this product very helpful in alleviating lower lumbar back pain. My chair however does not allow this to work with it as it has an opening in the back so it slides underneath that opening and doesn't provide full support. However I have tried this on other chairs and it does work great and provide support in all the lower lumbar areas of the back. So I would highly recommend especially if you have a closed-back chair!

I made a video opening the package that shows only two mesh lumbar supports, though three were ordered and paid for. Video shows delivery address, so I won't post it in public. No apparent customer support available. That aside, it is a softer mesh and "thinner" than another I ordered. For me that makes it more comfortable when used in a truck with C-shaped bucket-style seats, though it lacks a strap to hold it in place.

these are an absolute lifesaver and well worth it. so important if you have any back issues or are prone to sciatica! especially if you drive a lot or for long periods of time. i wouldn't even second think it, you need these! they're inexpensive and sturdy for what they are.also absolutely best customer service ever! my order was accidentally doubled and was charged for 4 instead of 2, but the seller called me and was very very nice and immediately refunded me and let me keep the extra ones since they were already shipped out. Very personable and real human to human customer service :) which I greatly appreciate and sadly is very uncommon nowadays..Thank you!!

I bought it for use in my car. The problem is that the straps don't fit over the seat. I have to put it in the right place behind my back, every time I get in the car. For the price, I don't mind that.
