Excellent item. I’m so pleased as it helps me so much.

This product was actually quite impressive and does exactly what u want it to do ... but it far from silent and I've had mine about 3 days now due to the current heatwave in the UK...its not silent and after a while leaves your ears ringing slightly albeit not directly long also the cold plate really is decent and cold but it halves the battery life even further leading me to the next disappointment.. the length of time it lasts.. states between 2 and 6 hours depending on settings .. well I can tell u I have the cold plate on and the lowest setting and if your really really lucky it may last 1 and half hours. So imagine using it on setting 3 for the highest fan setting would likely be 25 minutes... also all that given if it charged up fast so was little time between getting it back around your neck would almost soften the blow.. but it takes about 6 hours to charge for what is 1.5 hours usage.. for £40 i find this pretty shocking.. there are lowest cost versions that perhaps do the same job but I chose to go for one that looks a bit more better made hence the price ... I was wrong .. if it was so hot atm I would return it for a refund but I'll now just keep it plugged into my powerbank making it last the stated length of 6 hours but it is 10,000amp and it'll empty that in a days shift as well as its own fully charged battery.. Very poor .plus side works OK when it's battery is good and looks the part around your neck so you don't feel like a melt .. also lastly the cold plate is awesome but have it on all the time will actually give u a stiff neck from the constant icy spot at the tail of your neck so to speak..... update***** it's now snapped ... Possibly the worst £40 I've ever spent.. its being sent back for full refund. Plus u can't even contact the seller to air your issues... total joke

Top product at a great price.

This fan is really effective at cooling you down. There's a fan blowing air across your face with three power settings, and a seperate cooling pad at the back that gets really cold. It works well, and the cooling pad gets cold enough to be uncomfortable quite quickly, but it's also tremendously good at taking the heat off. The only snag with the unit is that at full-power, and with the cooling pad on, it will absoleutly murder the battery and it won't last very long. In practice, the cooling pad is a bit unfomfortable after a few minutes, so you really only use that to take the edge off the heat and then switch to fan only. It charges up via USB, as does everything these days, and you can run it off an external USB power pack while it's running and boost the battery that way. It's a bit expensive for what it is (£40 at time of writing) as the build quality is only adequate. Chucking it in a bag or banging it down on your desk will end its life quite quickly. It does the job though, and definitely takes the edge off on a hot day.

the neck plate doesn’t get cold and eventually it just fans warm air went for this one thinking it would be colder but overpriced and no better than a cheap cheap one

Looked a good quality product, but failed to deliver. Ice bar was too cold, but not enough to combat the heat. Returned

Zudem habe ich festgestellt, dass der letzte Rückgabetermin der 22. Juli war, obwohl ich es am 8. Juli gekauft habe. Überall gilt eine 30-tägige Frist, hier jedoch nur 14 Tage. Eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich. Kaufen Sie es auf keinen Fall! I had never used the product for more than 15 minutes before. Today, for the first time, it suddenly turned off after the 15th minute, even though it was fully charged. I also noticed that the return deadline was July 22, even though I bought it on July 8. Everywhere else offers a 30-day period, but here it’s only 14 days. It cannot be returned. Definitely do not buy it!
