Do not buy, no service, no spare parts
Do not buy nordics, no customer support, No spare parts in UAE. I called US and UK call centers, also emailed them. Its a joke, they asked me to call the distributor in Saudi Arabia. They dont care. I wanted to order tablet/screen, they told me that it will take 6 months to be delivered and its a joke spare parts doesnt exist.

Little pricy but love the rower. Doesn’t sit low to the ground like some of the other rowers which is nice. If you already have an ifit subscription you can link the subscription between machines which is also nice. Not too difficult to put together. *** Watch wiping the metal NordicTrack decal. There was some fuzz on the decal and when I wiped it with my hand the decal cut my finger. It was bad enough that I should have probably gone and got stitches. This is a poor design by NordicTrack, and they need to stop using metal decals for their labels.

Unless you want to pay an extra $39.99 a month, the beautiful big touchscreen is useless. I find it ridiculous that the screen is hijacked when I’ve paid for it. I should be able to Bluetooth in all my apps. As it is, even with the $39.99 you can only do Netflix and Amazon video. No YouTube. I am very disappointed and wish I would have bought a screenless rowing machine. I would’ve saved money and could’ve bought an iPad with that money that would do what I want.

I would love even more content from Ifit however I have been really happy with the performance of this machine and the high yield burn I'm feeling from each set. Literally dripping even on the sessions that are less than 20 minutes! Love it.

I contacted nordicTrack about the loud noise when in use and they said it was normal. After that they sent me replacement foot rest and brackets. To eliminate most of the noise I had to place a dumbbell and a strap under the rower to keep it from making noise. The framing doesn’t simply support the weight. They say it supports up to 250lbs . I believe it cant support more the 225lbs .

It’s a rower, works fine, very frustrating that I have to use IFIT, it can’t be that expensive to throw YouTube on one of these. YOU CANT EVEN FAST FORWARD OR REWIND THROUGH A WORKOUT!! Such garbage, horrible software Wish I had bought a cheaper rower and a cheap tablet
