Copper Finish Wasn’t Great
Was so disappointed by the copper finish. Was buying this as a wedding gift. Ordered and returned twice as both orders came with fondue pot with damaged copper finish. One had brush strokes in the finish and the other had spots that looked like water damage. Had to change plans for the wedding gift. Was very disappointed.

Works Great and Looks Better!
My favorite part of this Copper Fondue set is the unique look of the shiny pot contrasted to the concrete base, giving a great industrial feel that garnered lots of praise at my last dinner party. It works great too, keeping my nacho cheese fondue piping hot for the duration of the 2 hours I had it out.

Tarnished after first use
I wanted to love this, but the copper tarnished on first use after some cheese got on the outside. I returned it. Go with the Boska cast iron fondue sets. Way more sturdy and reliable.

Cement Base does not ship well
This is a very attractive looking fondue set, however, it didn't survive shipping. The cement base was completely shattered upon arrival and it needed to be returned. :(

Pretty copper fondue set. I am not sure it is going to last very long but so far, I am happy with it.As this is made with copper, you will need to care with it to make it shiny.

I was really excited to receive this item for free in return for my honest opinion. I’ve never fondued before so I didn’t really know what to expect. The set arrived securely packed and in perfect condition. It is very sturdy and beautiful for hosting. We gathered to make both cheese and then chocolate fondue. Since we didn’t realize you need a liquid to turn it on, we used it on the stove and later kept it warm with candles. It would be great if a small amount of liquid could be added to the set. As for the set itself – it was great! The pot didn’t stain and was easy to clean, and looks brand new even after being used. Great investment for any fondue-enthusiast.
