This is a life saver for me. I get seasonal alergies. That being said when I get them they knock me out. Watery eyes, soar throat, go through 100 kleenex an hour, want to just never leave my house and or touch my eyes kind of thing. I have tried everything. Steroids, pills, nasal sprays, benedryl at night, sudafed during the day, kleenex rolled up and shoved up my nose. You name it I tried it. When the cotton wood hits the air I'm down for the count. Until now. Astepro is amazing. One pump in each nostril in the morning and 30 minutes later I am back to normal. Lasts me almost all day. My kids same thing. No issues. If I feel like I need another one later in the day I do it again mid afternoon. Most days one was enough but you can do up to 2 sprays for the day so if I need it I use it. That is the amazing thing about the product. Unlike a pill I take every day or a nasal steroid it kicks right in. I don't need to take it for a couple weeks before it becomes effective. I can also not take it if it starts to rain and the pollen count is down and I don't get allergy symptoms. No other drug that I know of lets you do that. Use it when you need it, don't when you don't. That is amazing. No drowsiness was felt. I also used it right before bed and had no issues sleeping either. It literally saved me for several months this spring. I love it and don't feel like I need to make sure I start taking a pill or other spray for weeks before the allergies hit. Just wait until you need it. Use it until you don't then stop. Its a wonder drug if you are don't rolling up tissue and sticking it up your nose. Just go buy Asterpro instead!!!

I used the prescription version of this nasal spray for about a year, and it works very well, especially because you can use it together with oral antihistamines. I'm really happy it's now available over the counter, although they did make one minor change to it that I don't like - they added sucralose (a sweetener). I think they did this because if you inhale too much while taking it, you get a bitter taste in the back of your throat. The sucralose now changes this bitter taste to a sort of nasty sweet taste, which unfortunately is very similar to how mucus sometimes can taste in the back of your throat when you have a cold. Sorry, I know that's kind of gross, but the point is I'd rather not be reminded of it.

This took a long time to ship and receive. So, if you think you will be needing it, best order soon as possible. The package came damaged, but the product was fine. This is the only antihistamine that works for me at this time, so I am very grateful for it.

Works great - to avoid the aftertaste it's important to follow the directions. If you look down & point the nozzle tip to the roof of your nose you'll get less spray going in the back of your throat. Also I've been using the children's version which has a sweetener so there's hardly any back taste. Finally, I do just one pump in each nostril - may end up doing 3-4 doses spread throughout the day but I like that it's controlled, works well & is steroid free. I'm asthmatic so I also use Advair, a rescue inhaler, Coricidan HBP (purple box) & have an Albuterol nebulizer. Lastly I take Bromelain capsules (Pineapple enzyme) to lessen the mucus. This regimen is helping me stay relatively comfortable & symptom free...

This is a great product. It helps me avoid taking pills and is faster acting than pills. This company advertised the 120 spray product, but instead sent me two bottles of 60 sprays each.

A friend recommended this product to me and I am so glad she did. Even on days when I don't think I need it, it clears my nose up and I feel so much better. Will definitely continue buying this!

This is a slightly stronger dose of azelastine antihistamine. However each bottle contains lower doses than generics and less volume that you can get prescribed by your doctor (if your health plan covers it). Using an online discount card can help too. A prescribed generic version is much more cost effective. So, in a pinch, if you are out and waiting for refills, this can work. Otherwise use a discount card or prescription.

Make sure you have your doctor teach you how to use this product. It works very well. I have no dislikes of this product.
