Does this work good to make churros? Easy to use and clean?

Yes, the 7lb 2-in-1 version comes with adapters to make Churros. I have not tried it out yet, but seems built sturdy and the mechanism seems strong. The hopper tips backward to aid in filling/cleanout

Where are the churro parts

the churro parts are plastic and are simply different stuffer nozzles that you attach to the orifice the same way you attach the stuffer tubes- very simple-
