I'm a 34b with a 25 in waist, and the smallest size fit me perfectly. Since you're only slightly larger than me, I would go up one size and it should fit beautifully. The material does have a little bit of a stretch to it as well.

What is the length of the top?

I'm 5'4 and weigh 135. I'm a C cup. I ordered a size small and in front it covers my pelvic area. The back seems to be a little shorter. Keep in mind there is adjustable straps like a bra.
