Great when you find the sweet spot on the temperature control
Honestly, this toaster is awesome- much better than my old one & handles thicker bread well. The only bit of feedback is the heating options- in my experience we have to leave it at 2 - any more and it cremates the toast, any less and it hardly touches it. Not going to be too pedantic though, as I’ve been able to set up at the setting that works for me and it looks good :-)
