Great product.

I really like the sturdiness of this bike. Gave it to kiddo two months ago and she rides it daily. One of her favorite play time activities. The kickstand is sturdy, gears shift easily and the broad tires help with out uneven terrain.

I bought this bike for my little brother that lives a couple of states away from me, and my mom had a difficult time putting the bike together since it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS!! We even tried going on the website to find a demo of how to put it together and absolutely nothing on this bike, I was not going to pay an extra 180$ to have it pre assembled. At least give people instructions on how to build it, if you’re going to charge double the price to have it pre built. He loved it regardless, but it sucked not being able to help my mom more when building the bike. Will not be buying from this brand again, they obviously want you to struggle if you don’t buy the pre assembled.

My 8 yr old grandson doesn't ride much. Got it for Christmas set up mid January rode like 20 hours 1 hour or less a day after school and CHAIN DONE POPPED OFF EVEN AFTER FIXING TIME AFTER TIME, HANDLE BARS TO SLANTED DOWN THE SHAPE THEY ARE MADE..SEAT POPPED OFF AND WONT STAY INTACT. he believes santa brought it and all he wanted was a bike and now it's been sitting in the garage like 3 weeks now nice looking bike just poor quality and they closed my return time.

Bike looks great but it is a bit heavy

I had initial hiccups with the delivery but their customer care is the best in the world and they rectified it soon. Coming to the bicycle, assembling was easy and the bicycle itself is a looker. It looks very sturdy too. It fits perfectly fine for my son who is 5 years old. Adjusting the brakes are a bit painful but otherwise no complaints. Go for it.

Although the bike was well packaged and easy to assemble, it is not a good bike for kids. The geometry is off, almost feels like a bmx bike design adopted to a kids bike. It fails miserably. 1) Rolling properties of the bike are less than ideal. 2) Hard to pedal and not well balanced. 3) The chain comes off every few gear. Shifts. The derailleur goes out of tune very often. 4) Bad shifting g problems

This is super cute however is heavy for starters. Bikes need to be easy to lift, so that they can have proper distribution between the weight of the kid + the bike if you want a smooth ride. My kid is still stuck to the balance bike as it is weightless and easy to ise

I ordered this for my daughter and next thing you know 2 days later and its already here!! That's fast service !! Finished assembly and this thing its beautiful, its perfect 👌 very highly recommend this company's service and there product. There is not one reason to shop anywhere else, give them a try ,you will not regret it !!

Horribly built bike. Kid can hardly pedal it, there is so much friction.

Very well built bike! Comparable quality to bikes at our local bike shop for over double the price. It is a heavy bike for a small child though.

After building the bike xmas eve night I noticed the rear break rubs and makes a noise when wheeling around. The break disk appears to be bent. It isn't bike riding weather at the moment but I'm not happy I have to try and bend this thing back before the snow melts.
