Faulty- Do not recommend
I bought this as a birthday present for my daughters friend. She was very excited to receive it but once she attempted to plug it in, it kept sparking at the plug continuously. The item cannot be used due to obvious risk and I requested a return, but have been asked to ship it back myself in order to get a refund. I had read similiar reviews before purchasing it and wish I had taken them into account and not purchased as absolute waste of money.

The product sparked and broke the minute I plugged it nothing would work. i read the manual it still wasn’t working almost burned my house!!!!!

No es funcional. No tiene para mantener temperatura. Mejor una licuadora.
Tip: NO LO COMPREN. Sí funciona y se ve bonito, pero realmente no es funcional. Su única función es MOLER HIELO, algo que ya hace una licuadora potente y en más cantidad. Pudiera parecer que te ahorra tiempo, pero al contrario. Tienes que estar pegado al aparato, porque solo le puedes meter como 6-8 hielos, esperar que los muela y meter otros más. Y NO MANTIENE LA TEMPERATURA DEL HIELO MOLIDO. El repositorio solo es vil plástico. Para un vaso de 8 Oz necesitas al menos 4 veces que muela hielo, y si ocupas para más mientras mueles, ya lo molido se te deshizo. ¿ahora imagina una reunión? Desafortunadament eya no pude regresar lo poruqe se cerró la ventaba de devolución.

Amazing machine
I love this machine! It works well and is so much fun! I ordered different flavored juice to pour over and they are great also! Would recommend! Adults love it just as much as kids
