Aceshin 26'' Electric Bike, Electric Bicycle with 36V 8Ah Removable Large Capacity Lithium-Ion Battery, 250W Motor and Professional 21 Speed Gear

Item description: Aceshin 26'' Electric Mountain Bike with Removable Large Capacity Lithium-Ion Battery, however I received a ANCHEER Power Plus Electric Mountain Bike, 26'' Electric Bike with 36V 8Ah Lithium-Ion Battery. I was almost going to by the ANCHEER however when doing research based on the description the bike is a little bit heavier. Based on my research Aceshin makes the battery so I thought the bike would be better, and it had better reviews.I now have two ANCHEER Power Plus Electric Mountain Bikes. Assembly was straight forward and easy for anyone mechanically incline. There appears to be a rear derailleur protector however on both bikes they were bent. Perhaps they are just supposed to be removed, however I took them both off and straightened them so they would protect, however not get in the way of shifting. On one of the bikes the front brake caliper one of the pads had fallen out. At first I was concerned I was going to have to wait to put the bike together and then I found the pad in the foam shipping material. It wasn't all that hard to figure out how to put it back together.Yesterday my wife and I had a wonderful first ride. We both really enjoyed the ANCHEER - you can find them here on Amazon. My only concern here is with the description of this being something it is not!BTW: I can't report on the comfort of the seats - I put the nice cushy seats from our old bikes on them!

I researched ebikes for a while before I settled on this one. A bunch of the sites I went to were quite discouraging, telling me that any type of quality bike would run me over 4 digits in price, and that the under-1000 bikes are all very cheaply made and not worth much.I disagree!! I bought this bike to use to get to work, since it's so close by. I know someone who is REALLY into bicycling, like he does 80mile rides for fun, and he checked it out for me. His synopsis is that the brakes and shifter might need to be replaced, not because they'll fail but because they aren't the /best/ quality. Other parts on this bike are high-quality, something he would use on his own! High praise.The seat is a little hard, I'll say that. I'm a bit bruised from a bumpy ride, but seats are easily replaced. Everything else is amazing. I'm zipping around the city, passing cars sometimes! My commute just went from a 40 min bus ride to a 10 min bike ride.

Even though I ordered free bike assembly service, because I didn’t want to wait a few days to ride it, I assembled it myself. Everything works except the throttle. When the assembler showed up, I told him about it and he check and tune-up my bike but told me the throttle is beyond the scope of his duty. So I contacted the seller, after a few back and forth email, I finally convinced them to send me a new throttle. They FedEx it for me and sent me a link of Chinese video that shows how to replace it. Finally I can go pure electric. I’m satisfied with the way they handle my situation and for that they get 5 stars from me.Like other reviewers mentioned the seat was not as comfortable. So, I replaced it and put some additional accessories. Because it is an ebike I take it for a longer distance than I would take a normal bike. Sometimes I go on pure manual labor mode for a couple miles and put it on assist mode for long distance (more like sightseeing mode). I definitely recommend this bike for anyone who wants to use it as a fitness device or someone just want to cruise around with a little effort.

As a bike fan and bike repair guy, I found the assembly to be fairly easy (I build bikes so I have that advantage). This is my first e-bike and going up long hills with the power Assist made my daily trips a breeze. The bike design looks great and I have replaced the cheap pedals with better ones. The brake kept rubbing against the wheels so I had made the adjustments there. It took about 2 weeks to clear all the little inconsistencies ... I can say now I’m very happy with the overall performance. I ride at night, I added a bright rear red light. The front lite included w the bike is good. The weight of the bike is light enuf to carry upstairs. Battery is good. The price was GREAT as I checked out e bikes at all the bike stores in my SM/Venice Ca. area. I say I saved $600 by purchasing and assembling this product.

Just adjust gears. Tighten brakes. Put front end togther. Working great.

This bike is amazing!!! All the stats are 100% true on what they tell you about its capabilities. I love it, it gets me back and forth to work (3 miles in 10 min) and has great battery life. If you are not trying to win races then this bike is for you. I did a lot of research if I should buy this bike and finally pulled the trigger, now friends and family want one. Riding is a joy, you want to ride further and if you live close to work you won't break a sweat getting there. If you are on the fence about buying this bike, you have nothing to fear because it is worth the money!!!!!!!!!
