i peered these to wear inside some hard leather boots that were causing achilles discomfort at the end of the day. I have to say they offered relief. The heel pads are perfectly cushioned and can be easily moved to use in other shoes as they are not the adhesive type but do stay in place while wearing. I’d say these will last a long time and are good quality.

These inserts helped me so much with my Achilles Tendonitis pain.I am a teacher and on my feet walking around all day. These inserts in combination with smart shoe choices has helped my discomfort.They are sturdy and don’t slip around in my shoes while I am wearing them.Big plus for being FSA/HSA eligible!

I bought 5 different types of heel cups, and incerts and these were the only ones that didn't slip and actually felt comfortable. I barely even notice they are there and my heel pain is reduced when wearing them.

These are comfortable to wear and helps while walking but I still found extreme pain afterwards and the next day from the tendonitis I have in my left foot. I wear these during my 3.5 plus mile walks and found at the end my foot was actually hurting more than when I started. So for short term relief these work well.

I developed ankle tendinitis a couple months ago. Heel lifts were recommended. These were a good deal to try it out. I have had a modest reduction in pain. They stay out pretty well, except for with Bob/Tom loafer style shoes.

These are wonderful at relieving Achilles tendinitis. They help with the pain of everyday walking around. They fit in my lifting shoes, running shoes and probably any shoe you want it too. Highly recommend

No more pain in my achilles tendonitis. I have a ripped tendon and these work great. I weigh 215 lbs and I used it while pregnant too. They are great. 2nd pair I'm purchasing.

These heel cups have been very helpful with aligning my foot into the right position. Therefore alleviating a lot of pain.I accidentally washed them and they cam out just fine!
