Would the 3 XL fit someone that wears a size 46?

I know this is a late answer, but I’m answering for those that may need to see this answer. I wear a size 48-50. They fit fine, however they are snug in the crotch when lifting a leg. Would have to be careful not to rip the crotch. Currently looking for a 4xl

They are elastic. I'm a 38 and a Large fits comfortably.

They are made in china and are of a thin cloth type material, i wish they were made of the thicker sweat pants material. I still like them but don't know how long they will last.
