Only got step pad
Did not receive all the parts, only got the step pad. Update: I messaged the seller and they sent the missing piece. Everything turned out fine.

Didn’t get all the parts ordered
Ordered this and only received the pad. No step included. I’m going to file for a return or replacement and see what happens. I’ll correct my review if they correct the mistake.
