The length and width of the 60F leveling casters mounting plate is 2.87 inch, and the spacing between the two bolts is 2.28 inch. The length and width of the 80F leveling casters mounting plate is 3.5 inch, and the spacing between the two bolts is 2.75 inch.

When the caster rotation will affect the leveler of the rise or fall?

Yes, swiveling the casters MAY adjust their height. Each adjusting wheel (ratchet, thumbwheel, hex nut) climbs a bolt that's fixed to the mounting plate, but rides on the free-spinning body. The adjusting wheels spin freely as well. So they MAY rotate with the body and thus affect pad height, and sometimes they do. I've yet to find it troublesome. It only happens while moving - turning, in fact. It isn't usually much, and if I'm moving something I expect to make adjustments.

The exception, sort of, is the ratchet models. Though I prefer the ratchets under most uses, they have one quirky drawback. Ratchet models are almost identical to TW models, but the one part difference causes two changes. Follow me: On TW models the TW (and adjusting nut) are free to spin with the body or not as friction guides them: No part of the caster ever FORCES the TW to move. Ratchet model handles stick out some from the body - the longer lever is what's good about them. But the handles DO interfere with the bodies. Therefore a rotating caster could force and adjusting nut to turn past its limit. Though it's probably rare, it can bind up a caster during a move.
