I was done with my dull knives, I bought 3 of these, 2 as gifts and 1 for myself. Knife at 1st seemed too big, but once I got used to it, it’s perfect and very versatile. It is very sharp but handles well because it’s comfortable in the hand and very balanced. I gifted one to my daughter who absolutely loves her too.

This is a very good quality knife for the price. It has a good feel, and it is surprisingly sharp! I store it in the box that it came in to keep it from being damaged. Highly recommend!

Excellent knife would have given a five if it were not for the edge on the back of the knife, If you happen to let your index finger get against the blade in the very rear of the metal. Is extremely sharp, and the back of the blade itself is not really wide, so you need to pay attention. It’s shame that they don’t make some type of a plastic guard that was slipped over the rear of the knife blade. The knife itself is a wonderful knife and extremely sharp. They just requires pay very close attention to where you position your hand and fingers at all times. Maybe someone makes a plastic guard for the slider with the back part of the blade. I don’t know if so, I would love to find one I actually for all of my knives. I definitely save a lot of of Band-Aids or serious cuts, but the knife itself is an excellent knife no complaints whatsoever only about that super sharp edge all the way to the very very rare, which is normal, but then there’s no guard for the very very back in case you get your finger and a hand down there just saying it so someone maybe doesn’t cut their self seriously because the quality of the knife itself as I said.

Excellente qualité ! Acier japonais (sur un autre modèle c'était de l'acier allemand). la coupe est nette, précise. Attention, il n'y a pas de garde à la base de la lame, il faut être très prudent, mais c'est vraiment un excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement ce couteau.

Superb knife! It's incredibly light in the hand, takes and keeps a sharp edge. Be aware though it's more a slicer than a chopper. It's extremely thin, which makes for the responsive hand feel. But if you want to quarter a pumpkin you'll want something with more meat in the spine.
